Child protection
Young people aged 16 and over may attend concerts without supervision until midnight. (Our concerts generally end before midnight.) Children and young people under the age of 16 may only attend the concert until 10:00 PM if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Severely disabled people and wheelchair users
If you require a companion to attend the event (with the B symbol on your disability card), please purchase a regular standing room ticket. Your companion does not need a ticket and will be granted access upon presentation of their disability card with the corresponding symbol.
